This means that you're never too far away from some tasty food and refreshing drinks at Holiday Isle Beach, so it's a super spot to enjoy a full day of fun in the sun.
Lots of fishing charters and eco boat tours can be reserved in this area as well for people who want to head out on the waves and reel in a big one or catch a glimpse of some local marine life. Not only that, but even though Holiday Isle Beach is part of the local Holiday Isle Resort complex, you don't actually have to be staying there to take advantage of the facilities, meaning that everyone can swim in the pool and relax on the sun loungers.
3. Islamorada Library Beach and Park
Many visitors to Islamorada don't actually know about the Islamorada Library Beach as it's relatively well-hidden from prying eyes behind the Islamorada Library at mile marker 81.5. The locals love this beach and it's easy to see why. Not only is it mostly tourist-free, it's also very secluded and pretty, offering some stunning views in all directions.
Islamorada Library Beach and Park has just a few dozen feet of sand, but that's more than enough to cope with the small crowds that gather here, and there's a cute park nearby with play areas for the kids to enjoy as well. All-in-all, this is one of the top spots to visit if you’re traveling with small children.
4. Islamorada Beaches: Long Key State Park
Located at mile marker 67.5, Long Key State Park provides some of the best views of the Atlantic Ocean you could ever hope to have. In fact, visitors to this beach simply won't be able to resist wading out into the water themselves when they step foot on the soft sands and spend a little time soaking in the sun's rays.
Be sure to bring some protective footwear if you do plan on doing a little wading as there are some rocky spots beneath the waves. Even with the rocks, snorkeling and diving are very popular here and the waters are clear and shallow, allowing you to see where you're going and stay safe. Free parking isn't available at this Islamorada beach, so you'll need to have a little cash on hand if you want to visit, but it's definitely worth the price of admission and there are some gorgeous hiking trails in the area as well.
