The Club Floor Rooms are for adults aged twenty-one years and over only. These rooms include effervescent baths and roomy hydro-showers, as well as a view of the spa’s gardens. VUE 1913, An American Brasserie, features a casual, American take on European dining. Menu selections include Diver Scallops with bacon, white beans, and kimchi, Twelve Hour Bison Brisket with a crunchy slaw and red onion jam served with potato bread, Pickled Shrimp and Ham Salad with fennel, onions, and celery, served with a preserved Meyer lemon vinaigrette.

The Spa Café features fresh pressed juices, smoothies, salads, light sandwiches, and wraps. The Market Place is the place to grab a quick, house made pastry, pizza, coffee, or sandwich.

The inn’s room service menu features selections such as Bircher Muesli with rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds soaked in vanilla almond milk and maple syrup, dried cranberries, and cinnamon spiced pears. A children’s menu is also available.

In addition to Edison, Craft Ales + Kitchen, the inn boasts four drinking establishments. The Great Hall Bar exudes old world charm and features live entertainment and music each night. The Presidents Lounge offers a wide selection of wines by the glass, light fare, and signature cocktails such as the Knickbocker with Bacardi Rum, fresh lime juice, and Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach Liqueur. Elaine’s Dueling Piano Bar features lively entertainment and a bevy of signature drinks such as the Money on My Mind, a blend of Tanqueray Gin, orange and grapefruit juices, the Rocky Top with Troy and Sons Moonshine, sour mix, and Grenadine, and the Sharp Dressed Gentleman, which consists of Gentleman Jack Whiskey, Vermouth, and orange bitters.

The Country Club boasts a spacious patio representative of Norman style architecture and sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It can accommodate up to one hundred and fifty guests. The Mountain View Terrace and Skyline Room doubles as both an indoor and outdoor wedding venue and can accommodate up to two hundred and fifty guests. The Vanderbilt Terrace also provides guests with a view of the mountains and can accommodate up to one hundred and thirty guests.

The staff can with assist with wedding preparations, including the choice of a wedding planner and vendors.
