A sumptuous continental breakfast is served every morning and features freshly made granola oatmeal, homemade scones, and muffins, and other baked goods and pastries, waffles, toast, artisan cheese with nuts and homemade jam, fresh fruit platters and squeezed juices, organic teas, and freshly roasted local coffee.

Guests have several options for dining in at the Mansion, ranging from romantic dinners for two in the Wine Room to seven-course Cajun Grill meals on the patio with live music and complimentary drinks. Dinners can be arranged on request.
