Guests can choose from four different styles of accommodations, depending upon their needs and preferences. Although Conestoga Ranch provides a spectacular glamping experience, there are rustic, traditional style tents available for a more true to camping visit for those wishing to rough it a little more. The Traditional Tents do not have bathrooms, but guests do have use of the private bathrooms located at the Main Lodge, which is where they may also shower. The tents come equipped with 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds for a maximum occupancy of four people. They feature a rug, chair and very high ceiling heights but do not have electricity. Fire pits are located at each tent for guest use. These are the most cost effective accommodations at Conestoga Ranch.

The Grand Tents are a step up in luxury camping. They feature electricity, ensuite bathrooms complete with showers, Western themed furnishings, a safe for guests to keep their valuables and a mini-fridge. Guests can also use the fan provided for those warm, summer evenings to circulate air around the tent, or a heater for chilly, crisp evenings. The Grand Tents are available in three different sizes, depending upon the size of the party staying within. The Couples size tent features one king size bed; the six person tent comes with one king size bed behind a privacy wall and four twin beds; the eight person tent is furnished with one king bed which is separated by a wall from the two twin beds and two bunks. Each Grand Tent features its own deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. There are fire pits located at each Grand Tent for guests to roast marshmallows, s'mores, hot dogs or just to have a fire to enjoy for themselves.

Conestoga Wagons provide accommodations like no other hotel or camping site. These wagons are based on actual 19th century wagons with Old West charm. They appeal to kids and adults alike. The Wagons are available in a couple of sizes. The Couples Wagon features one king size bed and the Family Wagon includes a king size bed plus two bunks to sleep up to six people.
